Our 2019 Blanc de Noir is 100% Pinot Noir, and it is made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise style by our good neighbor and friend, Andrew Albin of Six Peaks Winery. 

With notes of toasted brioche, quince, and yellow apple, this bright and balanced sparkling will surely please the sparkling lover's palate!
